I am planning on ordering perfect push ups and on ordering 100 lbs of weights and a bar to bench with ( I know that you all are going to start saying that 100 lbs isn't much, but I don't have enough money for anything else, and I've only benched a few times so 100 lbs would be good for me for a little while and I will order more when I can do more)
but anyways, I may only have enough money for one of these so I was wondering which would be more effective in building pectoral muscle mass
