is millled flax seed the same as omega-3 oils, like
the little capsule-like-gels? and also is it possible to have too much omega-3 and if so what are the results of having too much. just curious
Also i know that flaxseed and omega-3 is good for your skin but if you guys know any other things like that that is good for your skin that would be great. or just anything that is good for you in general- like
i read that garlic oil is good for your blood. (womens health!)
