Thread: People in the UK, what GYM do you use?

Hi, I finished uni and do not fancy using the uni gym anymore because the alumni rates are not the best.

I was a member of David Lloyd's, but I had problems with the membership cancellation on a previous occasion.

I have been to my local leisure centre and it w
as full of children and chavs ( although it might have been the time of year)

There is a fitness first near me, and a bannatynes (sp) Are those chains in general any good?

Do certain gyms offer you a months trial?

i dont go to the gym
but my dad does and he goes to the fitness first..he hasnt complained so it cant be all that bad!!
