Thread: pains and twiches in my legs! please help!?

ok so for a while now ive been having pain in my legs while im sleeping. the charlie hores wake me up and i cant go back to sleep till it stops it mite happen 2 ta 3 times a nite.....i also have little twiches in my legs during the day... its like i could have swore my phone was vibrating in my pocket but no phone calls when i check and then ill feel the twiches again..... this happens all the time and at least 4 nites a week.......please tell me something i can do because the pain gets worst and worst now is lasting longer
