is it? I can put pressure on my right wrist joint without any pain when the pressure is in line with the bones - for example when doing a push-up on my palms or with closed fist, but if I lean on something, like the back of the sofa when I get up, and the pressure is not aligned with the bones, then I feel a terrible pain in both sides of my wrist towards the back of the hand. I have used a mouse a lot (maybe more so than the average person), and my desk setup was not particularly 'egonomic', so I am wondering whether it is to do with that. I have stopped using a mouse so much over the past 1 Month, and I've been doing normal exercises to strengthen my wrist and arms, but nothing seems to be changing. It doesn't sound like RSI because the pain only appears when I put pressure on the wrist at this specific angle, and there is no swelling. Any ideas?
