Some months back the doctor checked my uric acid and said that it was almost above the normal level. I got checked because I had severe pain somewhere inside the instep of my left foot after jogging.

Now I eat 3 eggs in the morning to get protein so that I can do tough exercise and weight training, but when I jog or walk, I get severe pain in my soles and ankles. Do eggs elevate the level of uric acid? If they do, what can I do to take more proteins so that I can continue weight lifting? I am 22 years old.
