    Only One Ovary????????

    I had surgery and now i only have one ovary. What are my chances of conceiving? Are they the same as a normal persons?

    Im really worried i cant have children.And im afraid that my bf will leave me if i cant.My doctor said i should but i still dont know...

    Yes you can still conceive. Each month BOTH ovaries start to mature your eggs, and each month its like a race between both of them who can mature one and release it first. In your case there is no race.
