    Which one will work the best?

    which will work the best to lose weight, lifting mored and doing less cardio or doing more cardio and lifting weights less

    More cardio to lose weight, more weights if you want to gain muscle.

    More cardio, lifting will add muscle which will add weight, cardio is most effective to lose what you want.. Lose first, add muscle after.
