ruler or hourglass?

bust= 36 (B cup)
waist=28
hips= 34

but I don't look like an hourglass (if I am one)

I'm 16, and 5''3

last time I weighed myself (which was a few years ago... but i probably didn't change at all)

I was 130lb.

and yes, I DO exercise (yoga, aerobics, jogging...)

but most of my "flab" is acumulated at my waist (or belly...) and i DO so sit ups, curl ups... those sorts...

and I've read that rulers protrude "forward", rather than side to side when they gain weight. (and i'm wider when you look at me at the side than at the front...)

is it what i eat? i don't really eat alot... whast should I cut down on to reduce this bloat (if that's what it is...)

and take off more inches off my waist? (i'd like to get to 24" or 25"...)
