I don't eat before 5 each day, and I don't eat after 12. Im only eating fruits-apples, green grapes, and oranges, and salad with turkey,cheese, boiled eggs, and no dressing. And absolutely nothing but water to drink. (I was wondering if I could try flavored water-like propel?) and Ive done it for two days so far-its hell, but I really wanna lose weight-really fast-but without hurting myself-my friend wouldnt eat for 3 days straight-nothing but water, then eat for an entire day, then do it again until she got to her desired weight-but she got sick...I dont wanna get sick. expert advice would be much appreciated.(ALSO-Im actually trying to lose about 40 pounds at least in about a month,maybe-hopefully sooner..)
