i'm a 16 year old girl that wants to lose weight.
i'm trying to be at at least 130 lbs, but i love burgers (bk veggie, vegetarian).
i exercise every day for more than one hour..
i was wondering if it was okay for me to have a bk veggie burger and a small fries with a diet coke once a week, if i'm trying to lose weight...

so far i've lost 6+ lbs
