I usually don't eat that much. I'm not overweight or anything (5'4 103lbs)
but today I think I ate really unhealthily and I'm wondering whether you think it's bad. I burned around 600 calories through exercise, so therefore I ate around 600 calories more than I usually would.

Basically, my question is- I burn a lot of calories everyday I am a dancer and also exercise (run) everyday. How many calories do you think I should have on a day where I burn 600 extra calories.
How many fat grams.

I think my calories today were okay, but I'm worried that the food I ate had a lot of fat in it. I feel unhealthy now like I'm gonna get high cholesterol or something!!!

Oh and I always make sure that I get at least 5 portions of fruit & vegetables. As well as at least 2 liters of water.

Do you think I'm paranoid about the cholesterol thing. I'm probably just paranoid right?
