I am really skinny, and i wanna bulk up. For about 3 weeks i have kept up a good balanced schedule of working out around 5 times a week, each day doing every muscle. I am also taking creatine while drinking LOTS of water. And i eat a lot more. Is this good? PLEASE dont tell me that creatine is really bad for you. I know what it does, iv spent hours researching it, and i dont need a reminder every time i include that little detail.

If this isnt a good way to get a bigger mass, are there any tips, on a style of working out.

i see a lot of runners at my school, and they're muscles are tiny, i know its cause they run every day and that causes it, but that is exactly what i am trying to refrain from.
