but i want to be able to increase my pull ups(zero) or chin ups (one) and ive heard that the only way to increase pull ups is practicing them a lot like 5 days a week and p90x only does them 2 times a week, ive heard of the armstrong pull up program from my OSO but i dont know if its too much with p90x. what do you guys think or if you know of a better pull up program to supplement p90x let me know. oh by the way im trying to lose weight so i can hopefully join the marines as an officer i currently weigh 225 and i am 5'8 5'9 and i am a big guy that looks a lot lighter then i am
