I walk every morning for 15 minutes , i go to the shop and bring home some super noodles for breakfast , only 5% fat , then i might snack on some fruit , or if im feeling naughty i will order a pizza , but i haven't ordered a pizza as of yet.

I dont think people understand how hard it is to eat healthy without getting board , its very pricey and its not exactly taste bud tingling.
But what im doing now seems to work for me , i don't feel hungry during the day , and i haven't got any lack of energy
