I find it hard to competely restrict myself from sweets (candy, chocolate, cookies, etc.). I eat very well in general (lots of fruit and veggies (love them!) and good grains and lean protein). I am in college and the food sucks. I work out either on the elliptical for a half hr or work-out in my room for a half hr every day. I was a dancer until college and I am happy with my weight. I just want to know if it is ok to let myself have a few Hershey kisses or a few cookies or a scoop of ice cream because i love my sweets. Lots of people say you shouldn't have any.
