    is this ok to eat!????????

    if i ate okay today. and ate 5 bowls of cereal and 30 crackers for dinner is that ok?

    it's pretty carb heavy, and not to mention quite a large dinner. i wouldn't advise eating that as a healthy dinner, but if you already have, don't worry about it. it's in your body, it won't make you gain a billion pounds, and you probably had fun eating it. in the future, eating high-protein, high-fiber foods like turkey burgers, chicken caesar salad, or stir fry would be better for you.
