My doctor believes I have OCD and wants me to got to sessions to help me change the way i think.
this came up as i have a stomach problem and now he thinks the fact that i apparently have OCD is makin my stomach reject food.
Every night I check the doors and things before i go to bed.
I do this in a particular order so that I know its all done.
If i ge distracted or something I go back to the beginning and start over.
if my partner leaves the bedroom to get a drink or whatever i go back and check everything again
i check everything 4-8 times a night and sometimes film myself doing it just so that i can go to bed.
I do this because we have recently moved and i worry about the doors being locked n things like that.
I dont see this as OCD so I dont see the point of going back to the doctors. I just want them to fix my stomach.
Safety is a good thing right???
