My nose is stuffy. It feels like a sinus infection, but I know it's not, because of my other symptoms:

It started slowly last sunday with a cough, that was intermittent, but gradually grew worse.

I cannot stop coughing, and the coughs are violent. Up until earlier today, sputum would be expelled, which (oddly) is white in color. Now, my coughs are dry, but I can still feel the sputum stuck in my bronchi. However, when I wake up in the morning I feel like there is an endless supply stuck in my bronchi. Only pains in my chest come from when I've been coughing a lot, but not when I take breaths. Every once in a while I also wheeze while breathing normal, small breaths.

I don't think I have a fever, but I am warmer than normal. My mouth is also really dry (probably from the coughing).

I am occasionally very weak, enough where I can barely stand, but it lasts for about an hour, goes away for a few hours, and comes back again. My joints are aching at times, but that goes away and comes back as well. Just in the past few hours, I've become very pale. My vision is at times blurry, and I start thinking strange thoughts, things which wouldn't make sense.

Pounding headache, and it feels like the back of my sinus' are on fire.

I don't have loss of appetite though.

What could this be?
