To loose 8pounds in 9days?
I always work out, eat right. But i would like to drop the 8pounds before my boyfriend gets back.
Im 5ft 3 109lbs i have a plan & i know its not healthy, so don't give me the "you'll end up in hospital" etc lol i know about what could happen. heres the plan
8:00am, 4weetaxbix with natural honey & warm semi skinned milk (288cals)
Then i go to the gym at 11:30, 2hours of brisc walking on the treadmill & some jogging which burns round about 800cals, then i walk home, which burns another hundred!
before bed i do sqauts, lunges & crunches, 250each.
Will this work?
