    Normal or not?? Help!?

I just got my period yesterday and at times it gets fairly heavy. I'm wearing pads and I feel like I always have to go to the bathroom! I don't know why but I go and then when I go theres these little almost clump like things of blood but there not thick and heavy. Is this normal?? Thanks!
