Thread: is it normal to have smelly discharge everyday?

ive never had sex im only 15 but everyday i have white discharge and my vagina always stinks...i shower daily and that doesnt help...what should i do?????

it could be Bacterial vaginosis (Gardnerella or BV) so see a doctor

If you bathe often, then no this is not normal. You might have an infection or something. Better go to the doc.

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl as well, and if you have good hygiene yet you have smelly discharge, then this could be a symptom of Bacterial vaginosis (Gardnerella or BV). Make an appoitment with your doctor and get it checked out, and he/she will probably give you pills or vaginal cream. As well, always make sure to clean "the area" well whenever you shower, but do not douche because this can cause irritation. Remember, discharge varies from girl to girl, and some people can have it only a few times a month, to everyday (which started happening to me recently).
