There is this small orifice at the center of my nipple (the left one) that keeps pulsating. When I relax my chest, the orifice remains closed but it still sort of throbs (like a heartbeat-type rhythm) It also secretes this yellow, almost pus-like fluid that has a rather peculiar smell. The orifice wasn't always there, I noticed it for the first time about a year ago, but it wasn't as large as it is now. If I pressure around the opening, I can hear air release. It is also VERY swollen. The best way I can describe it would be like the nozzle of a mustard bottle, but not as crusty, and it has never been sealed up (Most of the crust can be easily scraped off with my fingernail) I can understand the seepage, but as to how it pulsates so aggressively I can't even begin to understand. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
