Its my dads birthday and were aving a nibble to eat (chinease) and drinks (for me, Wkd's no added sugar) i'll be walking about 3-4mile this morning as i have to get his stuff from the town for tonight. Should i have breakfast? or leave it breakfast for today so i can have something to eat and drink tonight. I don't wanna put any weight on!

actaully i wrote my weight wrong! i just got on the scales, Im 105lbs lol looks like its paying off.
