im 16 m and wiegh 91 im 5ft 8 and i wanna lose ten 15 kilos to look slimmer and help mi health cause diabities runs in mi family and well i dont want it. so far ive stopped dinking soda and coffe and more water around ten glasses a day im beging to eat half of my lunch and tea and breakfast well i dont really eat that nw s lets for get that im doin sit ups and will be starting t g walking around 30 mins a day but wat else can i do thats easy but effctive in lossing he wegt also wen i lose weight will i lose my strechmaks and how do i lose mi love handles
