Hey guys im a boy 15 just turned 15 and weigh 95 POUNDS. Im 5' 6". In school Im always made fun of for having thin wrists, I cant take this any more. I eat ALOT a day and dont do hard excerises at all. just maybe bench for fun or play baseball outside with friends. Im half white half asian. My dad is 6 ft and has a small trunk but BIG arms and is 170 pounds. Mom is small, 5' 2" 100 pounds. Mom is asian dad is white. Help me out with some fat gaining tips please!
