I'm on birth control and an anti-depressant, which I know may be contributing to my weight gain. I was 110 lbs. 8 months ago and now I'm 145 lbs. I'm horrified! I'm changing my birth control to see if that's it, but in the mean time, what machines at the gym will help me most? I'm only 5'1", so I think I need to lose about 30 lbs. The fat is mostly in my stomach and backfat. Ugh! So, I know I need to eat healthier, but what should be my calorie intake and what exercises will benefit me best?
