halloween is coming up in a few weeks, and I really want to lose some fat around my hips and stomach!! i have this sexy red dress and I want to wear it oh so badly....

What are some healthy foods and good exercises to do to help me lose this fat?? I am going to lay off the booze for sure, and stay away from junk and fast food. I know its impossible to spot treat certain areas, but what can I do to lose at least some of this stubborn fat??

AND, I'm not talking about losing weight, as in pounds. My current weight is fine, I just need to lose the fat in some areas and slim those areas down.
