    Need to loose some weight!!! HELP?

    What's the best way to loose 20lbs?? I'm a little over weight. But I wanna loose extra to look bc I am a cheerleader and have a bit 2much belly fat! And any good exercises that I could do at home to get my leggs thinneR and belly flater?? Deits, excersises??? Plz help!! Thanks

    You can't choose where your body loses the fat. You have to cut back on bad calories and watch it disappear. Oh yeah you will be very hungry because your body thinks you are starving yourself. as long as you take in 1200 calories a day you should be fine. pick good calories
