for the past year i have been hitting up the gym 3-5 days a week:
MWF - chest/shoulders; flyers, dumbells, benching, pull/push ups, dips, cardio, crunches
T&TH(not all the time): squats, different leg exercies and then a longer cardio and crunches

now im looking for more torso exercises/weights that focus mainly on the chest and stomach rather than mainly my arms

note: i take kre-alkalyn (buffered creatine) and dring 2-3 Evopro shakes depending what i ate that day

any suggestions?
