Well im 16 years old, 5'10 and weigh around 220 pounds. I want to lose some over this summer.

I am signed up at the gym and I work out every other day or every single day of the week depending on my schedule each week. I just need to know how long i should be at the gym every day. I also want to know what machines are the best to burn calories, how long i do them, how long i should be at the gym everyday i go. I also want to lift weights to get stronger while losing weight. If it's possible while doing this I still want to eat homefood which is not unhealthy at all. I want to eat normal things but lose the weight over this summer. Any idea on what machines and what planned workout i can used at the gym. I usually do 20 mins of cardio on one machine move around then do weights. ALot of help would be nice. I just need to burn all this fat on my chest, which is the most affected, and my stomach
