need help creating a strength training plan?
I've been losing weight through diet and cardio exercise but for the past 3 weeks my measurments or scale havent budged. I heard lifting weights will speed up your metabolism and help with weight loss but I don't know where to start? My BF has a weight bench, sets of different size hand weights and a curl bar I can use. What kind of exercises should a beginner do? Like what exercises, and how many sets and reps of each should I start with?
