Coudl someone give me a good workout plan to start on?? I just started at the gym and I have to lose about 80 lbs, so I am not use to exercise and its kickin' my butt! I need a good plan like how many mins on cardio?? do I start out stretching?? I need like a step by step regimen. Also I plan on doing classes like water aerobics, spin cycle class, ZUMBA, etc...do I need to do any other cardio on the days I do classes?? I just need help!! I hate walking in there not knowing what to do!! Thanks! Will pick best answer.
