hello, i am almost 14 and lately i have been having problems sleeping- it takes me hours to fall asleep but once i finally get to sleep im out like a rock also during sleep overs and my grad trip i fell home sick. i don't want any medication but if you could help me in any way possible i would greatly i just want advice on how to fall asleep faster and i have tried music and sound then don't really help. also kinda harder to sleep in the dark i shouldest need a night light at 14 years old...should i?
