Ever since I can remember I have always got tired and lethargic quicker than everyone else around me.. everyone just thinks I am lazy but I do physically tire a lot quick than most people I know.

I had an opertion 5-6 years ago to remove half of my thyroid and I have a thyroid function test every year to check it is functioning properly. I do not need to take thyroxin as the tests always come back saying it is functioning properly but I can't help thinking that it might be working a little slower than it does in most people (but still in normal range).

Is there anything I can do to boost my energy levels naturally on a daily basis.. any foods that you would recommend to either add or cut out of my diet that might help?
