i'm 16 years old, 5'7, and 135 pounds. Should i take no-Xplode if i want to get more lean muscle mass?? Also, if i eat healthy like fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts, lean meat, lots of fiber, and take whey can i still lose fat and get ripped even though im taking whey and no-Xplode??

ps. i wanna get in shape just to get bigger but also i play basketball and if i get more muscle i can be a lot more aggressive and will be able to take hits better. would no-Xplode be good for that and how long would it take before i really started seeing results? thanks
