i heard that eating or drinking somthing lemony will shorten your period. im not sure about it im kindof testing it out.
the other one i heard is that exercise shortens it too. and it works! when im in a sport at skool i have virtually NO PERIOD! its amazing i had it once this last skool year and that was on the break between the end of basketball and the beging of track. I just need your opinions or knowledge on these "myths"
