Is my work out plan good?

Im a 14 years old 138 pounds and im 5,6

Mondays I do my shoulders
Tuesdays I do my middle body( chest and abs)
Wednesday I do my back
Thursdays I do my arms
And Friday I do my legs

I take cold and hot showers ( I read that if you switch in between you will gain it faster and you wont hurt as much)

I do 10 to 15 mins of cardio
And on Tuesdays and Thursday I get up at 6 and do 15 extra minutes of cardio(for cardio I do skipping)


On the weekend I walk 3 to 4 km each day

I do yoga before bed at least 3 or 4 times a week …does this sound like a good plan iv been doing it for a week and a half now? If not tell me how to improve it..
Oh yeah I left as much as I can and I do 10 reps and I do that for 10 mins and after every 10 reps I have a little drink of water ..and going to a gym is out of the question(personal reasons)
