...Is frustraing me.Iv started working out rigourously for over 2 weeks now ( 4 times a week,1 hour session each ) both cardio and weights.So I look and feel fitter,people tell me I look more toned,but the damn machine shows me to be the same weight all thro'.And no the machine is not spoilt.Even my trousers seem looser,so why is my weight not reducing ?
