i am 5'4 and 110 lbs. i am a size 4-6 but i would like to be a 2. will i be able to lose fat by eating 1200 calories and jogging a mile everyday? my waist is 25 inces and the fattest part of my calves are 13 inches but the fattest part of my thighs are 20 inches! most of my fat is stored on the front of my thighs and innor thighs. do you think that my thighs are actually too big for my body? what are your stats?
