Thread: my retainer is making my gums bleed and it hurts is this normal ?

i got my braces of yesterday YERRR and i got my mould done straight away i went back today and got my retainer and my gums bleed straight away and really hurt is this normall

I would call your dentist office & see if they fitted you right.

Also you may not placed it in your mouth as suggested.

idk but maybe ur mould is a bit off and doesn't match you mouth or ur jaw/teeth/mouth changed

I think its all normal,my mouth did the same thing a little blood and sore ness.

Its going to be sore for a few days so take some advil or something
