for the past few weeks ive been following this plan:
say that i can rep 90 lbs on the bench press machine. for week 1, i would do 3 sets of 10 at 90 pounds. then, for week 2, i would do a set of 10 at 95 lbs, and 2 sets of 10 at 90 lbs. then, week 3, i would do 2 sets of 10 at 95 lbs and a set of 10 at 90 lbs. finally, for week 4 i would do 3 sets of 10 a 95 lbts. then, i continue to add 5 lbs per week.

so, is that plan really beneficial? obviously, any kind of strength exercises are better then no exercise, but are there ways that i could improve upon that? or do u have a plan that has worked for you that you would be so kind as to share?

by the way, im male and 15 years old
