my diet is strict & i love it.
i don't slip up but as it was my best friends birthday i slept over her house last night and i had NO SWEETS, NO ICE CREAM, NO NOTHING.

my diet is;
Breakfast - 1 burnt toast with nothing and a yogurt fat-free.
Lunch - grilled chicken or stewed vegetables.
Dinner - one boiled potato (no skin) and a raw carrot.

even though i didn't cheat last night, this morning i had a HUGE cup of orange juice and whole meal cereal with a fat-free yogurt.
- it contains about 300-400 calories.

should i skip my lunch & have a jacket potato for dinner as usual?

and please don't try and talk me out of this.
its just i get full really quick and i barely like other foods.
+ i dont want to spoil my calorie intake.
