breakfast = special k with semi skimmed milk and glass of orange juice.

lunch = brown bread sanwich with wafer thin ham and pickle. peice of fruit and yogurt

dinner= steamed chicken or fish with potato waffle and some veg.

supper 2 peices of fruit

i am drinking about 8 glasses of very diluted juice ( cant stomach plain water)


is this enough to lose weight. i exercise aswell in the house with the exercise ball and the bike.
i have just started this 2 weeks ago and wanted to know if when i go back to my dietician will i have lost some weight.
