About the beginning of October, I sprained my ankle and the doctor said level the ankle and take medication and no PE for a week. I did what the doctor said. After about a week, it was fine, I could walk on it and run and such, but after I did a mile in PE, my ankle started killing me. It was in more pain than the first time. Everytime I stand on it and put pressure it hurts. Should I be on crutches? Help, because sometime it hurts, and then it doesnt, and it hurst again.
