Hey Ive had a pain in my quad for about 4 weeks, it feels like a bruise. The pain has stayed the same during the 4 weeks, i started icing it 2 weeks during the pain and after i ice it , it feels a bit better. Then comes back, also when i stretch it it feels a bit better but comes back, its in a small part of my quad sort of like a bruise any one help please. I think it was from a running exercise , not sure.
