I have recently lost a total of 40lbs and reached my goal of 150lbs....18% fat..5'7...and this is when i decided to go start hardcore weightlifting...its what really motivated me to loose the weight in the first place..ok...enough with the back story..im wanting to go "balls to the wall" with this weightlifting/bodybuilding thing..and i know what to excersice and what to eat..but i have a question with the whey protien and creatine...should i use both at the same time? Or should i not even mess with that stuff yet with me being a novice and all....i know that i would need alot of water with the creatine...please help me because im wanting fast results
