I'm a 15 year old guy, I'm about 5'8 and weigh 140. I want to start exercising in the mornings, and I'm not interested in using weights (I want more tone muscles rather than large). I want to run, and then pushups/crunches after. I just have a few questions:

-How soon before my run can I eat a banana/peanut butter type thing? If I do this before school, it'd be about 10 minutes, so will this affect me?

-I would really like to get more sun during the day, but I live in south Georgia, so it's too hot any other time. Should I just suck it up and run during the afternoons to get sun? I really don't go outside anytime other than to exercise, and I know that I really need to get sunlight.


-If I run correctly, will running, crunches, and pushups work most of the large muscle groups? If not, which would I be missing?
