Set me a meal plan , and please do not offer 15 diffrent meals please. I want cheap , fast , meals

i.e
breakfast ---- 1 apple 1 carrot

lunch ----1 carrot + 1/4 orange


dinner --- 1 oz chicken breast , 1 cracker , 2 pieces of orange



i dont get tired of eating the same thing every day , so like just give me a meal plan... Seriously make it easy , and cheap .. Im a fat body and i need to get my chunkiness down.. Thanks
