1 year ago when I was training I was taking maximuscle promax extreme and maximuscle cyclone (it had the most protein per serving amount I could find at the time). It was however more expensive than other brands but I think it also carried a brand name image.

Now I am hearing Papayamine protein supplement is better, I am so confused. All in all I am not looking to go back on creatine but only on protein because I was having bad side effects with the creatine as I started breaking out.

I want to start training again but I want to know whether maximuscle is a good option?
